QualificationsJob Summary:The Occupational Therapistshall screen, evaluate, re‑evaluate, discharge planand make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. Bachelor's,Master’sor Doctorate degree inoccupationaltherapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensurerequirements asestablishedby state and national boardassociations. Active state license Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.Screening requirements may vary by location.
