Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will oversee day-to-day unmanned aircraft systems operations and mission planning in a highly regulated, mission-focused environment. The Project Manager will coordinate closely with government stakeholders, OEM representatives, and internal leadership to keep operations aligned, safe, and ready for execution. This position also includes supervision of operator teams, qualification compliance, and reporting that supports program performance across diverse field locations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,000 – $195,000 annually Responsibilities Manage daily UAS operations and mission planning Supervise operator teams for qualification compliance Ensure operational readiness and adherence to safety standards Coordinate with government and OEM representatives on operations Provide feedback and reporting to program leadership Qualifications 5+ years as a UAS operator Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Current FAA Flight Physical (Class II) BUQ-1 and BUQ-2 qualified Benefits Full-time position Opportunities for travel as needed Work in diverse locations including Marine Corps bases Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
