Global Repair Group is the leading provider of case management services to the airline industry when a passenger's medical device is delayed, lost, or damaged, both throughout the United States and internationally.

That's why we are in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30–5:00. There is no substitute for real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and the kind of support that only happens face-to-face.

• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
• Confident, polished phone presence
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills — you're comfortable thinking beyond the obvious
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, upbeat energy that people can feel through the phone
• Curiosity, coachability, and the willingness to learn — even if it means taking smart risks

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday: in office: Deerfield, IL

This role starts at a base salary of $45,000, with a planned increase to $50,000 within 4–6 months based on successful completion of training and performance milestones.

Employees are eligible for our Quarterly Bonus Program after 90 days, and we offer a Signing Bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
