Hello Boston, We are hiring for Assistant Managers. Pay starts at $22-24/hr depending on experience. We hope to grow alongside our team, promoting from within and as an business. The Ideal Candidate: 1+ years experience managing a team Experience supervising others in retail or food service ServSafe, choke safe, allergen awareness certified. *Not a dealbreaker* Desire to motivate and inspire others through positivity and passion Attention to detail and maintaining high quality Expected Responsibilities: Being able to lead a shift without the general manager present Motivating team leads and members to create a fun environment for co-workers and customers Inventory management, receiving and ordering Food preparation. Comfortable with safe food handling practices and knife work Promoting the brand through passion and positive attitude Executing protocols to uphold high quality and freshness Cash handling Upholding policies and holding staff accountableProblem solving and mediation Scheduling Ability to defuse tense and high stress situations Training and encouraging an efficient and safe workplace Involves occasionally moving bags up to 50 pounds in weight Perks PTO Free Food Flexible Schedule Looking forward to meeting you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
