Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Foster children's curiosity through hands-on, developmentally appropriate experiences.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Observe and document children's growth and development.

Maintain a classroom that reflects NAEYC best practices and high-quality learning environments.

Work collaboratively with teaching teams to support each child's individual needs.

Qualifications Degree or coursework in Early Childhood or elementary Education or a related field preferred.

Experience working with preschool-aged children.

Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine love for working with young children.
