About This Role
Our ideal candidate will be a team player who can design engaging activities, build strong relationships with children and parents, and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
What You'll Do- To actively promote children's growth and development, our teacher will lead and participate in planning team activities that cater to individual needs and foster social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
- Regular communication with parents is essential, so our teacher will maintain open lines of communication through informal discussions, progress reports, and conferences.
- The teacher will ensure that all center policies and state regulations are adhered to at all times.
- A healthy and secure classroom environment is crucial; our teacher will maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification. ( can complete if hired )
- A strong understanding of child development.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- Reliably a must.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
