Where you’ll work…
Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
Our Warehouse Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our warehouse keeps operations running to meet their OEE goal.
When you’ll work…
Our warehouse is a 24x7 operation. This role will support our 2nd shift operations, 2pm-10:30pm.
What you’ll do…
As a Systems Administrator – Oracle Fusion & WMS, you’ll support our warehouse operations by ensuring data accuracy, order processing efficiency, and smooth coordination between our systems and teams. You’ll work hands-on in Oracle Fusion and WMS to allocate products, close out orders, and troubleshoot system issues—all while collaborating closely with operations, IT, and purchasing.
You Will:
- Allocate, deallocate, and close orders in Oracle Fusion and WMS.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of purchase and transfer orders.
- Partner with warehouse and production teams to address discrepancies and improve system workflows.
- Communicate system needs and resolutions between IT and operations.
- Maintain accurate reports and records.
