V. Marchese, Inc., the premier supplier of Food Service Products in Wisconsin, is looking for a reliable and hard-working Parking Lot Attendant to support our daily operations. Position Summary:

The Receiving Clerk is part of a team responsible for inventory and tracking deliveries of produce and related products. This person will keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments, track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damages or discrepancies.

Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:

· Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods.

· Ensuring no damaged items are sent or received.

· Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list.

· Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory.

· Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.

· Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions/Environment:

· The employee is required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, climb, reach overhead and bend to the floor.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

· The employee is subject to production environment for approximately 90 percent of the work time. (wet environment with temperatures < 45 degrees)

· High noise levels from operating machines.

· Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

· High school or equivalent required.

· Previous receiving or inventory (ERP's) experience required

· Must have strong and effective verbal and written communication.

· Must be computer literate, be proficient in basic math, and read/write in English for department reporting and record keeping.

· Bilingual – English/Spanish desirable.

· Experience in the Fruit and Produce processing Industry preferred.

· 3-5 years receiving experience

· Forklift certified

· Quality control experience
