Shift: Morning (typically 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM) Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Morning Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a passion for preparing quality breakfast and lunch dishes. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals to order, and maintaining cleanliness and organization during the morning shift.

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to standardized recipes and guest preferences

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before the shift begins

• Operate kitchen equipment such as, fryers, ovens, and flat tops

• Ensure food is prepared to the highest quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and consistency

• Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices at all times

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout the shift, including cleaning stations, equipment, and tools

• Assist with prep tasks and restocking as needed

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff

• Follow all safety procedures and kitchen policies

• Proven experience as a line cook, preferably with breakfast or brunch service

• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen safety

• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Food handler’s certification (preferred or required depending on local regulations)

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a hot, noisy kitchen environment
