What will you be doing? The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor, confidant, and operational expert to the SVP, providing critical support to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the Global Solutions & Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, business development, and leadership, with a deep understanding of the technology industrylandscape. Responsibilities: Strategic Advisor:Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, providing strategic insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions. Operational Expertise:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GS&Aorganization, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Sales Enablement:Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training, coaching, and performance management. Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and revenue expansion. Leadership Development:Support the development of high-performing leaders, providing coaching, mentoring, and talent development guidance. Communication and Collaboration:Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and measure performance. Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development and management of the GS&Abudget, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning. Special Projects:Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the SVP, such as process improvements, technology implementations, or customer engagement programs. Team Management:Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful execution of responsibilities. __________________________________________ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field, with a focus on cloud and infrastructure sales. Strong experience developing and building with AI tools, especially Claude or CoPilot. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools. Strong understanding of the cloud and infrastructure sales landscape, including emerging trends and technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with WWT's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Certification in sales operations, business development, or a related field (e.g., CSOP, CSDP, or CMO). Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $116,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
