Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Fireplace Service Technician experienced with gas, wood, and pellet stoves and fireplaces. This role involves independently servicing a full range of residential fireplaces through cleaning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and safety inspections. The technician will perform regular travel to customer locations and provide expert support including parts replacement and installation assistance.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain gas, wood, and pellet fireplaces
- Troubleshoot and diagnose fireplace issues
- Conduct safety inspections on fireplace units
- Support installation activities as needed
- Interact professionally with customers during service calls
- Replace fireplace parts accurately and efficiently
- Document service activities and reports
- Travel regularly to residential job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in fireplace service
