Marketing Manager / Account Supervisor

Starting Base Salary : $77,000-$106,000 based on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses. What You’ll Do: Understand the client’s market, HCP and patient unmet needs, brand clinical profile, strategies, and marketing plan Ensure flawless collaboration between client teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, from start to finish Actively engage in client meetings, lead client/agency alignment, and follow up promptly with next steps and roles/responsibilities Own deliverables such as launch readiness, brand material development, advisory board meeting planning and execution, congress support, and annual meeting/POA planning and support Lead MLR submissions and agency management, and represent Directorie in client/agency meetings (live and virtual) Contribute to team/client financials — invoicing, project forecasting, and accrual tracking/reporting What Makes a Great Fit: Organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a “get it done” attitude Strong project management and communication skills Strong sense of accountability for themselves, their team, and their client Ability to manage multiple clients and a myriad of projects while thriving under pressure Creative problem-solver with a service backbone and sales mindset Flexible for occasional nonstandard hours and travel Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 4+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency for healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device companies Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry Remote working environment, equipment supplied 401k availability with employer matching Paid employee medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off (company holidays and vacation) Paid family and pet bereavement Paid maternity/parental leave Short-term disability and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Wellness, cellular, and professional development/continuing education stipend About Directorie Directorie is a virtual organization with nationwide coverage.
