Location: Staten Island, NY

We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-time Intensivist to take on the role of Director of the Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU) within our Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Department .

The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications:

• Completion of a fellowship program
• Board Certification in Critical Care or Thoracic Surgery
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in post-operative cardiac care
• Primary board certifications may include Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or General Surgery

Our institution is a 714-bed teaching hospital that operates across two campuses, offering a comprehensive range of health and wellness services. The North campus features Staten Island's most advanced emergency department, a cutting-edge education center, and a medical arts pavilion. Meanwhile, the South campus includes its own emergency department and provides various specialty programs, such as geriatric psychiatry, behavioral health, and substance abuse services.
