Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with speech and language needs in a vibrant school environment. ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Therapist for a school-based, contracted position near Santa Clara, CA for the 26/27 school semester. This role begins August 12, 2026, and continues through June 9, 2027. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Prior experience in schools (elementary level preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and interventions
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language services for elementary students
• Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on speech-language needs and progress
• Develop engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique abilities
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
