This role drives the vision, strategy, and execution for deepening partnerships, accelerating growth, strengthening retention, and enhancing the overall value delivered to National and Regional Bank clients.As a member of the Institution Services Success Management leadership team, the SVP will contribute to the overall strategy for the National and Regional Bank segment, bringing deep expertise, market insight, and a consultative approach to executive-level engagement. The SVP serves as a trusted advisor to wealth management executives and key stakeholders within client organizations, helping shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive transformational outcomes.The successful candidate will possess exceptional strategic agility, executive presence, and relationship management expertise. They must be highly skilled in leading complex consultations, navigating high-stakes situations, influencing senior decision-makers, and balancing client outcomes with thoughtful stewardship of firm resources. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in talent leadership, operational excellence, strategic problem solving, and change management while maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, wealth management, financial markets, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.Responsibilities:Lead the strategic vision and engagement model for National and Regional Bank relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and client needs.Contribute to the overall strategy, growth, and evolution of LPL's National and Regional Bank business.Serve as LPL's senior subject matter expert and executive relationship leader for Regional Bank clients, engaging directly with wealth management executives, program leaders, and other senior stakeholders.Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients by identifying opportunities to expand relationships, increase advisor adoption, improve program performance, and drive asset growth.Lead complex consultative engagements focused on business transformation, advisory growth, operating model optimization, and long-term strategic planning.Partner across business units to drive client-focused initiatives that enhance the client experience while balancing enterprise priorities and resource stewardship.Represent the client perspective on enterprise steering committees, governance forums, and strategic initiatives to influence solutions and enhance LPL's institutional value proposition.Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate retention and attrition risks across key client relationships.Serve as the executive point of escalation for critical client situations, demonstrating sound judgment, decisive leadership, and effective decision-making in high-pressure environments.Develop and execute initiatives that evolve the overall relationship management model, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen the delivery of strategic consulting services.Analyze market trends, client needs, and business performance to develop insights and recommendations that improve outcomes for both clients and LPL.Build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.Establish organizational goals and lead execution to ensure departmental objectives align with broader corporate strategy and client expectations.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, institutional consulting, relationship management, or a related discipline.Proven experience working with National Banks, Regional Banks, large financial institutions, or comparable wealth management organizations.Series 7 and 63 licenses required.Deep knowledge of the wealth management industry, financial institution marketplace, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.Pay Range: $202,395.00 - $337,325.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
