Position Overview Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department is conducting a national search for associates with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join its top-tier, thriving corporate practice. Key Responsibilities Willkie is a platform that provides its corporate associates with an opportunity for early responsibility, and is seeking candidates looking for experience across the spectrum of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and capital markets transactions. Qualified candidates will come to us with four or more years of experience supervising due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents, and managing and facilitating closing transactions. This is an opportunity for significant responsibility in one of the strongest corporate practices in the market, and to work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries. Qualifications The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, and a desire for teamwork and significant responsibility.
