Corporate Mid-Level Associate

Corporate Associate - Life Sciences (2-4 Years' Experience) Locations: New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Silicon Valley We're looking for a Corporate Associate with 2 - 4 years of experience to join the Life Sciences team. If you're a corporate lawyer who enjoys working on sophisticated transactions and wants to build relationships with innovative companies that are making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll advise clients across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters throughout the business lifecycle. Your experience should include public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues on complex, high-quality matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. While experience representing life sciences companies is a plus, it's not a requirement. If you have a strong corporate foundation and is excited by the opportunity to work with clients in the life sciences sector, we'll provide the opportunity to develop your expertise. What you'll bring: 2-4 years of corporate law experience gained at a law firm. Experience with public company representation, SEC reporting, registered equity offerings, and M&A transactions. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. A collaborative mindset, sound commercial judgment, and a genuine interest in building lasting client relationships.
