Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Overview A mid-level corporate associate role in a well-established Am Law 200 firm in New York City. The associate will join a high-performing transactional team advising clients on entity formation, governance, commercial agreements, M&A, risk management, compliance, and business advisory issues. Responsibilities Entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters Commercial agreements and shareholder/operating agreements Mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings Risk management, compliance, and business advisory issues Qualifications 2–3 years of relevant experience in general corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, and business transactions JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and across departments Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive in) What’s On Offer Salary: $150,000–$175,000 (DOE) Hybrid schedule with competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension) Work in a close-knit team handling high-quality corporate matters across industries Collaborative culture with mentoring and growth potential The Firm This Am Law 200 firm with roots in the Northeast market handles domestic and cross-border transactions for a diverse client base, including private companies, investors, and family offices.
