Responsibilities Dishwashing and Sanitization Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment. Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization to meet food safety standards. Organization and Stewardship Organize and stock clean dishes in designated areas. Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies as needed. Collaboration with Kitchen Staff Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed. Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and well-maintained. Participate in overall kitchen cleaning and organization. Adherence to Safety Protocols Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the kitchen supervisor.
