Procurement Analyst

Analyze demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools. Combine, validate, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources. Support raw material planning and procurement through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance. Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain supply chain and procurement data. Support supplier performance, procurement KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews. Contribute to analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, process efficiency, and data quality initiatives. Maintain compliance with procurement policies, data governance requirements, and working procedures. Perform other procurement and supplier support duties. Report to the Manager, Procurement, Americas Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or a manufacturing environment Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Comfortable using Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, or similar reporting and analytics tools Experience working with ERP systems Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supplier collaboration Effective communication with different audiences Ability to explain data-driven insights and recommendations clearly Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Authorized to work within the United States without sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, procurement processes, and supply chain management, with a strong focus on reporting automation and inventory optimization.
