Approval will be based on facility needs. No additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment. All PTO must be on the contract to be considered. Schedules must be flexible to fill the needs of the unit. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Call Out Policy: After 2 call outs (per contract) without a documented medical reason, a contract will be considered for cancellation. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
