Payroll and Benefits Manager

To modernize global payroll and benefits programs, the full-time remote Senior Specialist/Manager, Payroll & Benefits will oversee payroll operations for 375+ employees across multiple countries, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws while mentoring a team in India. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end global payroll delivery, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and EU Lead annual Open Enrollment and manage day-to-day benefits administration, including medical, dental, and retirement plans Act as the primary contact for compliance and audits, maintaining adherence to labor and tax laws across regions Required Qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing international operations Hands-on experience with U.S., Canadian, and European/U.K. payroll systems Advanced proficiency in payroll tools such as Paychex, Payworks, and HRIS systems, along with strong Excel skills Strong knowledge of U.S. self-funded plans and Canadian statutory benefits Proven leadership skills in managing and training global support teams across different time zones
