Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong background in long-term care and a passion for clinical excellence? We’re seeking an experienced RN to serve as our ADON, combining operational oversight with expertise to elevate care standards across our facility.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations
Supervise nursing staff and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Participate in care planning, audits, and regulatory compliance
Mentor and coach nursing staff to promote professional growth
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
