We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our compassionate team. As the ADON, you will play a critical role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

• Assist in the management of the nursing department to ensure quality care and compliance with all regulations

• Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment

• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans

• Ensure resident assessments, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately and timely

• Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care needs

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident care

• Active RN license in New Jersey

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
