Recruiter Position
We are currently hiring a Recruiter for a full-time opportunity in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting talent with the right opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and applicants.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills and experience
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage multiple job orders and priorities simultaneously
- Track candidate activity and update recruiting systems
- Support onboarding and hiring processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
