Recruiter PositionWe are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Recruiter for a global technology and distribution company based in Romeoville, IL. This is a contingent, Temp-to-hire role $90,000-$100,000 DOE. This person would be responsible for recruitment activities for operations in the USA and Canada.As recruitment responsibilities extend beyond the main location, a willingness to travel is essential. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Recruiter, you will:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across USA and/or CanadaPartner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and provide strategic recruitment adviceCreate compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality candidatesConduct interviews and support managers throughout the selection and decision-making processProactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, job boards, and direct sourcing activitiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positionsDrive continuous improvement, optimization, and standardization of recruitment processes and toolsAct as a key link between local stakeholders and internal global recruiter communityLead and support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs, university partnerships, networking events, and other talent attraction activitiesMonitor and report recruitment KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiencyEnsure a positive candidate experience and promote company values throughout the recruitment processTravel to various locations across USA as required to support recruitment and employer branding activitiesProfile and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you are a motivated and collaborative recruitment professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys building strong relationships across cultures and functions.We expect that the following qualifications resonate with you:Several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a closely related HR fieldRelevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar disciplineProven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across different job functions and levelsStrong active sourcing skills and experience identifying and engaging passive candidatesAbility to independently manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining high-quality standardsExperience optimizing recruitment processes, systems, and workflowsStrong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers and business leadersExperience with Workday or another HCM/ATS platform is considered an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English, both written and spoken, is essentialFluency in at least one additional language (e.g. French, Spanish, etc.) is recommendedExperience recruiting across multiple countries and cultures is considered a strong advantageWillingness and ability to travel within USA and across the NAM region as business needs requireWhat We OfferAn exciting international role with exposure to multiple countries and business functions.A collaborative and supportive HR environment with strong connections to regional and global stakeholdersProfessional development opportunities within a global market-leading technology companyThe chance to make a visible impact on business success through attracting and hiring top talentInterested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit an up-to-date resume for immediate consideration.
