Qualifications: Valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility (CE). Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities and/or Special Education certification preferred. Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Demonstrated knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience in special education administration and program supervision preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, staff, parents, and outside agencies. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision for the district's high school special education programs and services. Ensure compliance with all federal and state special education regulations. Supervise and evaluate special education staff as assigned. Participate in Child Study Team meetings, IEP meetings, and other student support meetings as needed. Coordinate special education programming and related services. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community agencies to support student success.
