About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales/General Manager to lead a team of 15 sales representatives and focus on growing and nurturing the top wholesale relationships in the Northern CA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and maintaining key relationships with wholesalers, and driving sales in the trade. This is an executive-level position that requires a strategic and hands-on approach to sales management. Applicants for the VP of Sales/General Manager role at the company should have a proven track record in selling plumbing products and possess strong, established relationships with C-level wholesalers in the Northern CA region. The role demands a leader who can not only manage a team effectively but also is adept at fostering and expanding business partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Experience in a similar leadership position and a deep understanding of the plumbing products industry are essential.
