About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to spearhead the expansion into the US market. This pivotal role involves leading the North America sales organization, defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performing enterprise sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and achieving regional sales targets. Key responsibilities include strategic engagement with executive stakeholders, overseeing complex enterprise sales opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product strategy and commercial execution. The VP of Sales will also be expected to provide market intelligence, influence product roadmap, and represent the company at various industry events. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of significant revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. A strong network of executive relationships within AI-native companies, cloud providers, and enterprise customers across the Americas is essential. The role requires a candidate with a technical understanding of AI infrastructure, machine learning, cloud platforms, GPU technologies, or high-performance computing. Experience in building and leading geographically distributed sales teams, as well as a background in scaling commercial organizations within high-growth startups or venture-backed environments, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will also have a background in establishing strategic partnerships that drive enterprise growth and be adept at influencing product direction in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
