Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $530,000 Base + wRVU Incentive + Negotiable Sign-On

• Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 20-25 patients per day
• Practice Setting: 100% outpatient

Procedures & Case Mix

This position offers a rich and diverse interventional procedure mix including:

• Radiofrequency Ablations (RFAs)
• Medial Branch Blocks
• Epidurals
• Nerve Blocks
• Trigger Point Injections
• Spinal Cord Stimulators - experience ideal but not required
• Thoracic Outlet Compression Syndrome (TOCS)
• Urine Drug Screening
• Medication Management

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $530,000 annually - higher compensation available for candidates with anesthesia background
• wRVU Incentive: $65 per wRVU above 8,154 threshold
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine - required
• Fellowship training in Pain Management - required
• Spinal cord stimulator experience - ideal but not required
• New graduates welcome
• Anesthesia background - additional compensation available
• H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
