The most important characteristic of a healthcare recruiter at National is the ability to effectively communicate with candidates via telephone and email, providing them with urgency and exemplary customer service, all here in our offices in Winter Park. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of the candidates, and manage the candidates through their entire employment process.
