Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to supporting our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of an agency. The ideal candidate will have an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas and experience in an independent insurance agency.

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to supporting our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of an agency. The ideal candidate will have an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas and experience in an independent insurance agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 annually
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and acting as a receptionist.
- Assist account managers with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Support the management of small commercial lines accounts under $100k in premium.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information and accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain professional communication.
- Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas is required.
- Experience :
- Prior experience in an independent insurance agency is required.
- Familiarity with small commercial lines accounts is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Work Environment : This is a fully onsite position, requiring attendance at the office five days per week.
