Growing together.Position Location: 1 Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OH 43215Position Schedule: Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMPrimary Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members at the Nationwide locationPrescription Processing: Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a Registered PharmacistInventory Management: Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies. Verify medication stock and enter data into the computer to maintain inventory recordsMedication Orders: Order, receive, and process wholesaler medication ordersCompliance: Ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all federal and state requirementsClerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties related to the retail pharmacyCommunication: Utilize strong professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and healthcare providersTeam Collaboration: Work with the pharmacist and other team members to assist in pharmacy functions and maintain a smooth workflowYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio1+ years of recent retail or community Pharmacy Technician experience1+ years of experience providing face-to-face and telephone customer serviceAbility to work onsite at 1 Nationwide Plaza Columbus, OH 43215, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMMust be 18 years of age OR olderSoft Skills:Strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsProficiency in basic math and computer skillsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
