Admissions Coordinator - FT Weekends (Nights)

**Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health,** is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused **Admissions Coordinator** to join our team in **West Palm Beach**. This position is **onsite** in a **call center environment.**This **full-time** position works **Thursday through Sunday, 8:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.**, supporting the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. This role requires **3-4 weeks** of **training, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm**.Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families.
