We are looking to hire a part-time Runner to support the firm with essential administrative and courier tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of the firm by handling document deliveries, assisting with meetings and events, and performing various office support duties.

Successful Runners are detail oriented, effectively manage multiple priorities, and enjoy working with others while maintaining professionalism.

Your Role

• Courier Services : Complete accurate and timely pick-ups and deliveries for attorneys and the Firm (mileage reimbursed);
• Mail & Package Handling : Sort, distribute, and process U.S. mail, UPS, and FedEx packages;
• Meeting & Event Support : Assist with setup and cleanup for client meetings and Firm events;
• Document Management : Assist with copy and scanning projects as needed;
• Reception Coverage : Serve as a backup for the receptionist as needed;
• Special Projects : Perform various tasks and projects to support the Firm’s operations.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred;
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and a working automobile;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability needed for the following shifts:

• Fraser Stryker's office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Various shifts are available throughout the Summer.
• During the school year we work with students on their school / work schedule. Require working at least three shifts per week.
• Fall 2026 shifts available: M, W, Th, 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Th, F, 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 – 25 hours per week
