As a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand with hospitality and leverage the latest banking solutions and technology to deliver exceptional service. Job responsibilities Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service. Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and understand their financial needs. Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust, ask questions, and listen to anticipate client needs. Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to specialists for specialized needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with successful client acquisition and relationship depth. Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features and benefits to clients. Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail. Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including required training. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Possession of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire. Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills College degree or military equivalent. Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
