Pay Package: Up to $1,850/Week

Gross Weekly Pay: $1,850

Taxable Weekly Pay: $800

Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,050 (for eligible travelers)

Travel Medical Lab Technician (MLT/MLS) | 4×10s | Up to $1,850/Week

We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for a travel assignment. This position is ideal for a laboratory professional with strong general laboratory, phlebotomy, and arterial blood gas (ABG) experience.

Schedule

• 4 × 10-hour shifts per week

• Night shift

• Shared call rotation

• Weekend call required

• Generally includes one weekend of call per month

• Exact call expectations will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general laboratory testing according to established procedures.

• Collect and process blood and other patient specimens.

• Perform phlebotomy and ensure proper specimen identification and handling.

• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws.

• Operate laboratory equipment and perform quality control procedures.

• Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records.

• Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• Participate in the shared call rotation as required.

Requirements

• ASCP, MLT, or MLS certification required.

• Experience in general laboratory testing.

• Strong phlebotomy skills.

• Experience performing arterial blood gas draws.

• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.

• Willingness to participate in night and weekend call rotation.
