This role includes shared on-call duties for night shifts and weekends, generally requiring on-call availability one weekend per month. Additional details will be discussed during the interview. Schedule This position follows a 10-hour day shift schedule, with the expectation of shared call responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesPerform general laboratory tests and procedures. Conduct phlebotomy, including arterial blood gas draws. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required.
