Step into a rewarding role serving K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist just outside of Little Rock. This position, newly opened, offers an immediate start and continues through the end of the school year. Collaborate closely with educators and families to make a meaningful difference in students’ communication skills while enjoying a consistent weekly schedule.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapies as needed through the school year
