This contract role runs from now until late May 2027, supporting approximately 36-40 children in a daycare setting. Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, ideally in daycare or preschool settings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for a diverse student population
• Comfort working onsite; interest in partial remote work can be discussed

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students ages birth to 5
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment focused on student growth
