Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC-SLP or CFY) – Full-Time | School-Based Little Rock, AR | Daycare Center | Onsite Only | Immediate Opening

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Schedule: 35 Hours per Week
Dates: ASAP – May 21, 2027
Setting: Daycare Center / Early Childhood Program
Caseload: Approximately 36–40 Students
Work Environment: Onsite Only

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated  Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a  full-time, onsite position in  Little Rock, AR . This opportunity involves working with a manageable caseload of approximately 36–40 students within a daycare and early childhood setting, helping young learners develop critical communication skills during their formative years.

We welcome both experienced  CCC-SLPs and  Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are passionate about supporting children's speech and language development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide  speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication growth
• Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to ensure student success
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Address a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Ensure compliance with state and professional standards

Qualifications

• Active  Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
• Master's Degree in  Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, early intervention, daycare, or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
