• Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on language development, fluency, voice, and swallowing concerns.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, families, and caregivers to implement integrated care approaches.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families to aid progress beyond clinical encounters.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure consistent care throughout the healing journey.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that complies with all regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and keep up with the latest advancements in our field.

Educational Requirements

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

Certifications Required

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) awarded by ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of hire.
