Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care strategies that benefit each patient.

Educate patients and their families to reinforce therapeutic progress outside of the clinical environment.

Participate in select inpatient therapy assessments and treatments, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Maintain precise documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines and regulations.

Remain abreast of ongoing developments in the field through continuous learning and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for individuals across the lifespan, with a deep understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders related to both developmental and acquired conditions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capacity to adapt therapeutic strategies to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
