Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse school-aged caseload
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Offer direct therapy services in both individual and group settings, tailoring interventions to student needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and compliance records
• Support and educate students, parents, and staff about speech and language strategies within the school environment
• Stay informed on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
