Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure allowing you to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school or similar setting is highly valued
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders to students from preschool through high school
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in meetings, professional development activities, and family conferences as required
• Advocate for students’ communication needs and contribute actively to the school community
