Embark on a rewarding contract assignment providing speech-language pathology services in a dynamic daycare center setting near Little Rock, AR. This opportunity spans from now through late May 2027, offering meaningful impact to a dedicated caseload of young learners. With support from a collaborative educational environment, you'll work with 36-40 students, utilizing your expertise to enhance communication and learning outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Current SLP license required; candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Prior experience working in school or daycare settings is highly valued.
• Comfortable providing services to a pediatric caseload, adapting strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions as outlined by student IEPs.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development as appropriate in an educational environment.

Contract Details and Perks:

• Full-time, 35 hours per week.
• Onsite assignment ensures in-person support and teamwork. (Potential flexibility for 1 remote workday can be discussed if interested.)
