Step into an impactful opportunity supporting young learners in a daycare center setting, providing high-quality speech and language therapy services. This contract position offers the chance to support a vibrant caseload of approximately 36-40 students through the 2026-2027 academic years. Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required (will also consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but not required for CFY candidates
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Provide therapy services and track student progress in accordance with IEP and daycare center requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student growth and inclusion
• Maintain compliance with state and federal education policies and professional best practices
• Participate in team meetings, student conferences, and IEP planning sessions
