This is a on-site position and is on 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of accounts payable duties including: entering receivable documents into accounting system.
• Analyzing and correcting discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
• Enter invoices into accounting system.
• Assist vendors with inquiries.
• Prepare all invoices for weekly payment.
• Assist in monthly closing and prepare analysis of accounts as required.
• Scan and file reports for record retention.
• Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Able to work overtime as assigned.

What We Need From You:

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficient in 10-key and spreadsheets.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
