Job Details We are looking for a dynamic intern who is enthusiastic about our company and who is looking to further their professional growth by assisting the Maintenance department carry out support tasks. Duties and Responsibilities may include: Pressure washing Exterior window cleaning General cleaning using hand tools or powered scrubbers Exterior and interior touchup painting (curbs, bollards, wall touchup) Ability to use a forklift or other equipment (preferred, not required) Light maintenance including inspections, minor adjustments and logging information Job Specifics Location, Department and Work Hours: Lebanon, IN/Maintenance/Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Reports To: Assistant Chief Engineer Travel Amount: May vary Job Type, EEO, and Job Code: Full-Time, Exempt JOB CODE What We Are Looking For Education Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; Currently enrolled in an accredited University Experience Completed at least 2 years of study in related field Other Abilities You Will Need to Have The physical demands described below are representative of those required of an individual performing the essential duties of this position.
