Wichita, United States | Posted on 09/21/2026 Key Responsibilities New Business Support & Onboarding Assist with the intake of new business opportunities,including RFPs, census data, plan designs, and supporting documentation. Review incoming information for completeness and identifymissing or inconsistent information. Organize and maintain new business submission materials forcarrier quoting. Assist with preparing and submitting quote requests tostop-loss carriers. Track carrier submissions, quote status, outstandingrequirements, and follow-up items. Assist with coordinating new business onboarding activitiesonce a case is sold. Gather and organize required documentation and informationfor new group implementation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requiredonboarding items are completed and communicated timely. Renewal Coordination Assist with stop-loss renewal process by gathering renewalinformation, census data, plan changes, claims information, and other requireddocumentation. Prepare and organize renewal submissions for carrierreview. Track renewal submissions, carrier responses, quotes, andoutstanding requirements. Follow up with carriers and internal stakeholders regardingrenewal information and deadlines. Support the preparation and distribution of renewalproposals and related materials. Maintain accurate renewal tracking and documentationthroughout the renewal cycle. Serve as a coordination point for routine communicationswith carriers, brokers, and internal teams. Follow up on outstanding information, quotes, requirements,and documentation. Maintain organized records of carrier correspondence andsubmission activity. Assist with coordinating requests for updated quotes orrevisions when information changes. Provide status updates on active new business and renewalopportunities. Proposal & Document Support Assist with inputting rates and plan details intostandardized proposal templates. Compile proposal documents and supporting materials forreview. Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and consistentlyformatted. Assist with revisions, re-quotes, and updates to proposalsas requested. Organize final proposal and renewal materials for deliveryto brokers or internal stakeholders. Process & Quality Control Maintain tracking of active new RFPs, sold cases andrenewals. Keep files, spreadsheets, and systems current andorganized. Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items. Review information for accuracy and completeness beforesubmission or distribution. Identify and escalation issues, missing information, orpotential delays. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timeliness of new business and renewal coordination Submission completeness and accuracy Timeliness of carrier and stakeholder follow-up Accuracy of proposal and renewal documentation Timeliness and accuracy of onboarding activities Organization and maintenance of tracking systems and files Volume of new business and renewal opportunities supported Requirements Qualifications Experience in health insurance, TPA, stop-loss, employeebenefits preferred. Familiarity with self-funded health plans and stop-lossprocesses preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and document management tools; Zohoexperience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
